My wife and I were craving for paella, and this place didn’t disappoint. Our order consisted of Arroz negra, battered calamari (chipirones fritos), y croquetas de jamin iberico con una copa la Sangria y limonada para nuestras bebidas. Lovely ambience. We had the place to ourselves for a Friday night, but they should be packed! Our first time in Mexico, but gave us memories of our time in Barcelona! Must-try!

Lovely, calm, atmosphere. Friendly and efficient service without being intrusive. We had fish of the day and seafood paella, flavours were super! Really happy we visited this restaurant - very satisfied!

Our favorite restaurant by far for our entire trip. I felt as if we were in Spain!!! Food, service, vibes, music, were on point! Chef Mickey was not only kind and inviting but blew us away with his hospitality. We ordered the special of the day, which included clams, prawns, and sardines that chef prepared via the bbq. As instructed by chef, we ate the bbq sardines with our fingers and it was delicious! We also ordered the chicken paella which was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Do yourself a favor, eat here, enjoy the music, have a few sangrias!

The service was amazing. There was a slight mix up on my order, but it was resolved very quickly. I had the calamari and Angus tenderloin. The presentation for both was perfect. The associated photos are half way through each dish

We were here in 2017 and haven’t returned in 8 years. The place is still here!! That will tell you how good this place is. This is just one block north of 5th avenue so also a great place to park your car and walk. When I arrived I didn’t have any change for street parking. One of the staff ran down the street to get me some change (I think from his car) what service!! We ordered the giant shrimp and squid ink paella. Shrimp was plump and amazing. Seasons perfectly and cooked to perfection. The paella was just as amazing and the seafood on top complemented the dish perfectly. Ordered a few bottles of Dark Modello and an unsweetened lemonade. All good. The place is clean, service quick and amazing. This is by far my favourite restaurant in playa del Carmen.

What a beautiful place and food was absolutely amazing! Every dish we tried ended up with the plate licking really tasty fish and steak was just melting in the mouth. Great experience would definitely return there again next time in Playa

We went out, looking for a place to eat New Year’s Eve. Had no plans of any particular place. Found this Spanish restaurant. They were offering an eight course meal for the evening. So we chose that one. A bit pricey I believe it was around 1700 per person. So little high. Anyway, great food, the courses were amazing and you could tell the chef really was particular about presentation and flavors and it went very well with her Spanish wine. Service was amazing. Our waiter was wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the atmosphere, laid-back outdoorsy type vibe. You could order off the regular menu as well if you wanted to, that evening but either way the food and everything else was delicious. Will we go back absolutely gotta go back and try some of the rest of the stuff we saw on that great menu.

Food was excellent. Stone grill steak was and paella was great. The service was good.
